Transition Awards are granted to graduates of Rite of Passage who have successfully completed parole and are either a fulltime student, employed full time, or a combination of school and employment that would equal a fulltime status. Grants are awarded to young men and women who lack financial resources. The grants are individually designed to support alumni in achieving their employment, school and/or career goals. To apply you will be required to complete the application form, write an essay and provide a letter of recommendation. The application form is available by clicking the following link
